Help
Everything on this board is one key away. The letter in brackets runs the command; digits open a numbered entry; Escape returns to the main menu from anywhere. Nothing is captured while you type in a text field.
Reading
- N and P move to the next and previous piece in the section. Q returns to the section list. M returns to the main menu.
- D on a type-in downloads the program as a .prg file for a real machine or any emulator.
- R inside an emulator frame starts it; nothing runs or makes sound until you do.
Screens
- 8 on the main menu switches to the 80-column screen, the Commodore 128's VDC display. 4 switches back to 40 columns.
- L opens the other systems list, where the publication can be read through the screens of the classic DOS bulletin board packages. Choosing one reconnects you to the same board under that software.
- Backslash toggles a scanline overlay. It is off by default.
- / opens search. ? opens this page.
Text size
The grid is sized from your window, so the full width always fits. Your browser's text zoom is honoured: the screen shrinks its columns rather than overflowing. On narrow screens the 40-column mode is the comfortable one.
